When I first mentioned getting something leopard this fall my boyfriend immediately thought of hookers and snooki. So he vetoed it. I know what you thinking controlling jerk. That is 100% not it. He just doesn't get some things. He loves my style and says he one day hopes if we have a girl she dresses just like me. He just thinks that leopard can't be worn in a classy way. He grew up an nola and I guess has seen 1 too many prostitutes in leopard. While I don't think I could pull off the few cute leopard shirts I have seen, I do think I could go for a cute leopard scarf or leopard shoes. I would totally wear the flats with black skinnies and a black shirt. So I'm thinking of sneaking the shoes to one of my weekend outfits. After all he only sees what I wear on the weekends (2hr long distance relationship) so if he still hates the idea of leopard I can prance around them on the weekdays. HA! Do any of you have something that your significant other dislikes?

Hey lovelies! I used to think wearing black and brown together was taboo. Now, I don't know what it is about it but I love it! Maybe its the fact that I spent more than $50 on boots there and I want to get the most out of them. When I wore black and brown together for the first time I felt like such a rebel. (oh yeah, i'm a nerd.) But I digress! As you can tell from these pictures pint rest in my new bff. I feel behind yesterday on Photo Fun but I'm here to make it up!

Today books:

Confession: Up until a month ago the only thing I would read was magazines. I found Something Borrowed at work one day and bought it over to boyfriends. I was going to give to my sister to read thinking it was a corny book about a bride. Well it sat on his coffee table for months! and then BAM one day I seen the preview for the movie and instantly wanted to read it. It gave me the faith I needed to pick up Something Blue. So ran to the book store and bought the first book (other than a textbook) since summer reading in high school! (oh yeah, I never read those books either) So needless to say I feel in love with Emily Giffin. I also read Heart of the Matter and plan on purchasing her other books (they have been sold out at Barnes and Noble! :() So anyway now I'm reading Shoe Addicts Anonymous! Its great and is a great reminder to me that I need to stick to my budget when shopping!!

So tomorrow's fun photo calls for a "high angle" hmmm.. any suggestions?
